Payment
We will only accept payment by cash on delivery or cheque for approved corporate client. All charges are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) for local sales and USD for international orders. 

Order Status
We will forward an email on order status and invoice once the payment is completed.

Out of Stock
If any of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you within 48 hours. You may choose to have any other items delivered first and be kept informed about the status of the out-of-stock items. Payment will be revised and refunded accordingly.

Delivery
Delivery charges will vary according to the size, weight and location to be shipped to in Peninsular Malaysia. You will be advised of the charges before the delivery is made to you. Delivery charges will be from our distribution warehouse in Purchong to your required address. Free delivery within Klang Valley. You may arrange to collect the merchandise that you have placed an order. For International delivery arrangement choice of inbound pick-up or delivery arrange by mollymole through DHL.

 

Delivery item price below RM 500.00 within Klang valley will be charged at RM 20.00
